The Dallas, Oregon rural real estate market was on fire last year. Like the rest of the valley, the low inventory drove up the prices, as there were more buyers to compete over so few houses. Of all the areas studied, Dallas had the highest number inventory, at 4.65 months. While anything under 6 months is a seller’s market, most of the areas nearby only had 1-3 months of inventory. So, while it is still a seller’s market in Dallas, buyers will likely have more properties to choose from.
