Sellers in Linn County of Oregon saw an increase in the number of acreage homes sold in December. Could this mean that we have already passed the bottom of the market?
There were 18 acreage homes that sold in December, the 2nd highest month in 2010. The average sales price of those homes was $293,827, and took an average of of 201 days to sell. While the time on the market took longer for the sellers to close in escrow, the wait was probably worth it because the average sales price was up 12% over November.
