Property continues to sit on the market in Marion County Oregon. The average Days on Market for acreage property in Marion county reached 147 days in August, 14 % longer that properties that sold in July. The good news for sellers is that they sold at 96% of their asking price, not bad.

However, only 8 acreage homes sold in August (outside of Salem and Keizer Oregon) with an average sold price of just $243,162. This is mostly due to foreclosed properties and short sales, creating a very competitive market for sellers.
